On Monday, August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will be visible in some areas of the continental United States and a partial solar eclipse will be viewable in South Florida. Safely observe a partial eclipse of the sun with a sun-viewer and telescope or learn to make your own. A very limited number of eclipse glasses will be available for library card holders registered for the program.

Space is limited. Registration required. Must be a library card holder to receive a pair of eclipse glasses, while supplies last. Viewing will take place weather permitting.
